The 31st Red Sox Celebrity Classic Series presented by Ambitrans Ambulance began in February to benefit Golisano Children’s Hospital in Southwest Florida.

The series kicked off with a tea party on Feb. 15, with live and silent auctions selling autographed sports and entertainment memorabilia, fine jewelry, and spa and destination packages. Red Sox pitchers Lucas Giolito and Zach Kelly interacted with guests and signed autographs.
On February 16, Boston Red Sox players and mascot Wally enjoyed a day of competitive golf followed by dinner at the sold-out 31st Annual Celebrity Golf Classic.
This year’s series of events will support the development of the new Golisano Children’s Hospital Pediatric Surgery Center. Last year, HealthPark Medical Center performed approximately 4,200 outpatient pediatric surgeries and procedures to treat fractures, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, ear, nose and throat conditions, orthopedic conditions, appendectomies, and more. Our new surgery center provides world-class, compassionate care in a welcoming environment.
