Many of the Apple Watch’s useful options for keeping the screen on and increasing visibility can drain the battery to some extent. If you don’t think you need them, you can reduce your burden by turning some of them off (or reducing their duration).
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone and[Watch]Select a tab to reduce the amount of time your display is on when you’re not using it. Then select “Display & Brightness”.
- Tap Wake Duration and choose a short time (minimum is 15 seconds).
- Save even more screen power by preventing the display from turning on automatically when you raise your wrist. From the Display & Brightness menu in the Watch app, turn off the toggle next to Wake on Wrist Rise.
- App transition effects and graphic effects also consume more battery. Open the Watch app[My Watch]Select the tab and[アクセシビリティ]then select[動きを減らす]and tap the toggle to turn off the effect.
- Alternatively, turn on Low Power Mode (iOS 9 and later), which turns off many options but saves battery power.
- Open Control Center on your Apple Watch, tap the battery percentage display, then tap Low Power Mode. You can choose to last one, two, or three days.
Low-power mode turns off the always-on display, daylight monitor, heart rate and blood oxygen measurements, workout reminders, and double-tap gestures.
