It seems there is a possibility that a British celebrity version will appear.
according to deadline, talks are currently underway to bring celebrities into the reality show format. The format sees contestants from all walks of life spend time in a Scottish castle, with the aim of eliminating the ‘traitors’ from the ‘loyal’ for a large cash prize.
Multiple unnamed “sources” have told US media that an agreement is nearing between studio Lambert and the BBC.
If all goes well, the first celebrity series will be filmed and broadcast in 2025, followed by regular season 3 of The Traitors.

Hmm. The beauty of this show is that it’s about ordinary people trying to understand ordinary people. Not every show needs a “celebrity” version. We already know how ignorant the guys from Towie are and how insidious the guys from Love Island are.

Oh my gosh, I love this show, I’m going to watch the celeb version, but I prefer the regular version – which is a bit hypocritical – because personally I’m pretty sure I like the celeb version a lot better. I trust the producer – but this is the best way to oversaturate
