Law enforcement officers and multiple fire departments are on the scene at a business that caught fire in Lancaster County. Crews responded to the 300 block of South Main Street in Penn Township, outside Manheim, at 10:20 a.m. One person suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department. Route 72 (South Main Street) will be closed between Fruitville Pike and East Sun Hill Road until the fire is extinguished. Police are directing traffic at the scene as a fire breaks out.
