SINGAPORE (Reuters) – Apple plans to invest more than $250 million to expand its regional campus or operations in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, according to a company statement dated April 17.

Since then, the city-state has grown to more than 3,600 employees and serves as Apple’s operations center for the region.
Cook is scheduled to meet with Singapore’s next prime minister, Lawrence Wong, and the city-state’s current leader, Lee Hsien Loong, this week as part of a tour of Southeast Asia, Bloomberg News reported early Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter. .
