Jennifer Lopez and husband Ben Affleck spent Easter weekend together in New York. The couple were spotted leaving Soho’s Sadel’s Restaurant on Saturday, where they were having brunch. Affleck was photographed holding the door open as Lopez came out from behind.
For the afternoon outing, J.Lo wore a fitted wool blazer over a brown striped sweater, paired with wide-leg jeans and platform peep-toe pumps. She wore her hair in a bun and carried a brown alligator Hermès Birkin bag.
Affleck held Lopez’s hand as they walked together. He wore a graphic Nirvana T-shirt, which he layered under flannel and a Carhartt jacket. He kept his look casual in black jeans and black and white off-white sneakers.
In some photos, Lopez appeared to have traded in her blazer for a long black trench coat.
Their Saturday date comes after a Friday outing in the city. For that walk, Lopez wore a soft gray trench coat, tied at the waist. She wore chocolate brown stiletto knee-high boots and carried a matching brown Birkin bag. To complete her look, the “Mad In Love” singer tied her hair into a high ponytail and added tinted aviator sunglasses.
So Affleck opted for a simple outfit. The actor wore a navy blue pea coat, dark wash jeans and Nike sneakers. He was carrying a black briefcase.
Lopez said in the documentary. The best love story ever told, About how Affleck changed the way he saw himself. “What he said, what he saw in me, what he made me believe about myself can only come from love,” she tells the team at one point in the film. “Because no one else could make me realize that about myself. It’s so moving. I thought so little of myself that the world thought so little of me.” It wasn’t there. It was lined up. [He was like,] “This is what it’s like. Look. Believe me.” I was like, “I get it.”
