February 29 (UPI) — Celebrities are paying tribute to actor and comedian Richard Lewis.
Stars including Larry David, Cheryl Hines, Jamie Lee Curtis and John Cusack paid tribute to Lewis on social media following his death.

David, who produced and starred in curb your enthusiasmreflecting on his longtime friendship with Lewis, the actor said, “He was like a brother to me.”
“Richard and I were born three days apart in the same hospital and he has been like a brother to me for most of my life,” David said in a statement. “He had the rare combination of being the funniest person and also the kindest person. But today he made me sob, and I will never forgive him for that.”
