Corsair has been a go-to source for a variety of gaming products for years. Corsair makes everything from PC components like cases and RAM to keyboards, mice, and headsets. They deliver impressive performance results and produce premium-looking products time and time again. The company’s latest mouse, the Corsair M75 Wireless, is no exception. This symmetrical mouse is loaded with features the length of my arm, and has the performance to back it up.
Last week, Game Rant was lucky enough to test out the M75 before its release to see if it was worth the hype. It’s well worth getting excited about without getting too deep into it.

This mouse is not a budget option, but compared to other mice it is quite affordable, especially for its premium feel from the moment you take it out of the box. Setting up this mouse is easy whether the user wants to use it via her Bluetooth or Slipstream wireless. Unlike some Bluetooth mice Game Rant has tried in the past, this mouse pops up a Windows notification the moment you enter Bluetooth mode to pair with your computer. And Slipstream Wireless is as easy as always, with a plug-and-play setup that’s really only rivaled by Logitech’s Lightspeed wireless technology.
For gamers who already own some form of Corsair product, the M75 Wireless uses iCue for RGB control and customization features, making setup even easier. Overall, this mouse is easy and you can start gaming within minutes of opening the box.
Design and function
The M75 was designed from the ground up to be an ambidextrous mouse. No matter which hand a gamer uses, this mouse feels equally comfortable in the left or right hand. The iCue software allows users to actually turn on left hand mode and toggle all buttons, thus maintaining a natural feel. Going a step further, there is an additional set of side buttons to make the unused opposite side more streamlined. This may seem like overkill, but it makes a huge difference during gaming, especially for users who grip with their fingertips or nails.
The M75’s Corsair Quickstrike buttons are incredibly tactile and responsive, giving you a satisfying snap at the end of every click with every click. The same goes for the side buttons. Often these buttons are squishy and uncomfortable on his FPS-oriented mice, but his four side buttons on the M75 are all tactile.
We’ve said it before, but one of the most important features of a good wireless mouse is battery life, and the M75 doesn’t disappoint. This mouse can play games for 105 hours on a single charge. This is much longer than most wireless mice, especially in this weight class. During the test period, the M75 only needed to be connected once for charging and was fully ready for use within 90 minutes.
comfortable
This mouse is a reasonably low-profile mouse suitable for fingertip or nail grip users, but the slightly exaggerated nub makes it very comfortable for palm grip users as well. However, gamers with smaller hands may feel more comfortable using his M75 using a fingertip or claw grip, especially when reaching for the side buttons.
While testing this mouse, the team preferred using a palm grip. Compared to other mice like the Logitech G305 and Roccat Burst Pro Air, this mouse is incredibly comfortable with its palm grip. Even after several hours of gaming on the M75, I experienced very little shoulder or wrist fatigue. This mouse glides effortlessly over most surfaces. This is mainly thanks to the ultra-smooth 100% PTFE feet and reasonably lightweight mouse.
game performance
As a daily driver, this mouse is a lot of fun to use, but it’s when you use it for gaming that it really starts to shine, and not just because of the RGB lighting. The Corsair Marksman sensor is probably one of the best sensors available today. With a native DPI of 26,000 and the iCue software allowing you to change his DPI one step at a time, it was very easy to tweak this mouse to your liking.
Even if it was on the front lines, helldiver 2 or When exploring more cinematic games, the M75 is incredibly accurate and can keep up with fairly fast movements. This didn’t instantly make the team better at video games (we can’t wait for future technology), but it did make them a lot more fun. There’s nothing worse than having to wrestle with a mouse while gaming, but I had some very long sessions and nothing of concern happened.
Tri-mode connectivity offers a tremendous amount of versatility when it comes to connecting to a variety of devices, and overall all three modes work best for gaming. However, gamers who want to leave no stone unturned in performance will want to stick with Slipstream’s wireless and wired connections for the best results. There are no obvious issues with the Bluetooth connection. Compared to the other two, the performance when connected via Bluetooth is not very high.
software
Anyone who has used Corsair products before using iCue knows what a great piece of software it is. Everything is well laid out, easy to customize, and unlike some customization software, it doesn’t consume a lot of resources running in the background.
With iCue, gamers can precisely fine-tune the M75’s performance settings to their liking, and DPI can be changed in increments of 1. Two lighting zones allow for incredible control and subtlety without being overwhelming. The M75’s lighting is very pleasant and discreet, giving your desk a beautiful, gentle glow.
Overall impression
Corsair knocked it out with the M75 Wireless. This mouse is incredibly comfortable, has amazing performance specs, and is a real pleasure to use every day. Although the M75 is marketed towards gamers, it’s also a great mouse for productivity work if users don’t mind sacrificing a few macro buttons on the side.
The price is a bit high, which might put it off for some users, but if it’s within your budget, you can’t go wrong with the M75. If you’re a gamer who likes the look of the M75, but would like to buy it at a lower price, you should definitely check out the M75 Air, which also weighs a little less.
