Famous soccer legend David Beckham is reportedly suing his former friend and Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg over an 8.5 million pound (approximately $16.4 million) dispute. Sun April 21st.
According to the report, Beckham also accused Adam Gilchrist and Rob Deutsch, founders of Wahlberg’s Mark Wahlberg Investment Group (MWIG) and Gym Group F45, of “misconduct.” , who reportedly claimed to have been misled by Mr. Wahlberg during a sales call.
In 2022, Beckham’s company DB Ventures Ltd launched a lawsuit against Wahlberg’s F45 Training, filing the lawsuit along with Australian golf entrepreneur Greg Norman. However, the judge asked them to file their cases separately.

Mr. Beckham and Mr. Norman had claimed in their lawsuit that Mr. Wahlberg misled them into working as ambassadors. They also filed a separate lawsuit against Wahlberg’s investment firm and F45 founders Adam Gilchrist and Rob Deutsch.
Beckham claimed that the shares he had pledged before the stock price plummeted were withheld, costing him more than £8.5 million in losses.
In the meantime, Wahlberg and others have argued that all allegations against them are baseless and have asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed. Wahlberg said Beckham’s company was blaming everyone but themselves, and as quoted by the Sun, “The 209-page, 610-paragraph SAC… [complaint] What it lacks in length, it is trying to make up for in length. ”
Beckham and Wahlberg lived in the same Beverly Hills neighborhood when the former English soccer player moved to Los Angeles in 2007.
Beckham also shared a social media post on Instagram promoting the F45, but it has now been deleted.
Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham celebrated her 50th birthday on Saturday at a private members’ club called Oswald’s in London’s Mayfair district. She was accompanied by her husband and her children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.
