Victory (2010 – 2013)
Ariana’s big TV break came with her role in Nickelodeon’s Victorious, in which she starred as the quirky redhead Kat Valentine, and the show aired from 2010 to 2013.
Icarly (2011)
True to Nickelodeon’s stature, an iconic crossover episode between the wildly popular shows “iCarly” and “Victorious” aired in 2011. The episode, titled “iParty with Victorious,” saw both shows come together as the worlds of Carly Shay, Sam Puckett, and Freddie Benson collide with faces like Tori Vega, Andre Harris, and Cat Valentine.
Swindle (2013)
In 2013, Ariana starred in the film Swindle alongside other Nickelodeon stars such as Noah Crawford, Chris O’Neill, Jennette McCurdy, and Noah Munck. Ariana played the popular and feisty Amanda “Pitch” Benson.
Sam & Cat (2013 – 2014)
After Victorious ended, Ariana next starred in a spin-off series that combined the two main characters from Victorious and iCarly, in which she continued to star as Cat and was joined by fellow Nickelodeon star Jennette McCurdy as Sam.
Underdogs (2013)

Scream Queens (2015)

Don’t Look Up (2021)
A year later, fans saw Ariana playing pop princess Riley Bina in Netflix’s Don’t Look Up, which also stars an all-star cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Timothée Chalamet, Jonah Hill, Chris Evans and Meryl Streep. Ariana recorded a soundtrack with Kid Cudi that was used during scenes where her character Riley performs on stage.
RuPaul’s Drag Race (2023)
Ariana Grande has been announced as a guest judge for the season 15 premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race, scheduled to air on January 6, 2023.
Wicked (2024 and 2025)
While the film hasn’t been released yet, Ariana Grande will star in the upcoming Wicked movie! Ari will play Glinda and Cynthia Elivio will play Elphaba. Since her role was announced, it has been revealed that the film will be released in two parts, with the first in 2024 and the second in 2025.
Ariana got fans super excited when she posted behind-the-scenes photos on her Instagram page, showing off her makeup and outfits, as well as some sweet photos of her and Cynthia rehearsing. The first film is scheduled to be released on November 27, 2024, while the second will be on November 26, 2025. Now, the official trailer for the film has been released, and Ariana has teased a makeup collection inspired by the film for her brand, REM Beauty.
