First released on April 12th, you still have just over 8 days to get the Palestine Relief Bundle on itch.io. 373 games, comics, soundtracks, and other collectibles normally priced at $1,657 are now on sale with a minimum spend of just $8. Proceeds will be donated to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian aid in Gaza.
We previously reported on the Games for Gaza bundle in October, which successfully raised $365,554.64 for the UK-based charity Medical Aid for Palestinians. The PCRF has similar powers, and in addition to distributing immediate humanitarian relief, it will rebuild medical facilities in Gaza and provide “trauma counseling, mental health and We are considering “allocating resources to health support and other initiatives.” and resilience within the community. ”
As for the games themselves, there’s enough indie stuff here to keep you satisfied for a lifetime. There are a few things that immediately caught my eye that I had never heard of, such as the rulebook for the post-apocalyptic mecha TTRPG Apocalypse Frame, but the PCG contributor Dominic Tarazon We’ve also put together a handy guide on Twitter about some of the bundle’s best features.
A Short Hike is a real standout, a Cozy with a capital C game where you play as a cute little bird and explore a national park. Hill Agency: Purity/Decay, on the other hand, is a stylish black and white noir adventure game with cyberpunk elements.
This bundle is valid until April 29th, so you still have just over a week to take advantage of this deal and get more games than you know what to do with. And if you’re like me and want to enjoy indie games on Steam Deck (God’s own indie machine), itch.io has a handy guide to making that happen. Less demanding games often work out of the box on Valve’s handhelds, depending on your environment.
