What’s new in Xbox Game Pass Core?
New games aren’t added to Xbox Game Pass Core on a regular basis, and Microsoft says it plans to add new titles two to three times a year. On April 23rd, Xbox Game Pass Core subscribers can look forward to the addition of Deep Rock Galactic, Superhot: Mind Control Delete, and Wreckfest to the library of available games.
These games join existing titles such as Dishonored 2, The Elder Scrolls Online, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Vampire Survivors.
What is Xbox Game Pass ending on April 30th?
As always, a few titles will be coming out of the library at the end of the month. That means if you want to keep playing these games, you’ll have to buy them. If you purchase before Xbox Game Pass ends, you’ll receive a discount. Here are the games ending on April 30th:
- 7 Days to Die
- siege
- EA Sports NHL 22
- root river
- picnic
- raven rock
Analysis: The end of the month was good.
Harold Halibut (available today!) remains the highlight of this month’s additions for me and I’m looking forward to checking it out soon. Aside from that, the next most interesting game added to the service this month for me is Manor Lords. It seems incredibly ambitious, but the sense of permanence the lone developer is aiming for is something you don’t find in most strategy games.
Are there any new additions to Xbox Game Pass that you’re particularly looking forward to playing?
