The director is Tatsuya Shiraishi, the character design is Yoshihiro Watanabe, and the music is by Gin. Pony Canyon will be in charge of music production. of God’s game we play The anime adaptation was announced in January 2022. It will be an anime adaptation of a light novel series written by Kei Kogone and illustrated by Tomose and Iroh. The series began as a web novel published on the Kakuyomu website in 2020, and was picked up by Media Factory and published in MF Bunko J in January 2021.
Yen Press has licensed the English version of this light novel. Volume 1 is scheduled to be released in November this year, and the plot is described as follows:
When the gods became bored, they decided to spice up the eternal beings by challenging all challengers to the ultimate battle of wits. Of course, these gods are capricious, unfair, and at best incomprehensible, making it virtually impossible for mere mortals to win. Still, it’s sure to be interesting as a former goddess and a young human genius team up to win to end all games!
