LG has announced the launch of its UltraGear OLED curved gaming monitor locally in Australia. Launching this month are his three variants: 34-inch, 39-inch, and 45-inch. All three monitors feature 800R curved screens, 21:9 ultrawide QHD OLED displays, and are designed to increase the all-important ‘gamer immersion’.
This series of monitors boasts a 240Hz refresh rate, 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio, and 0.03ms response time, ensuring smooth resolution and zero jaggies or screen tearing while gaming. The 45-inch model is “future-proofed” with the addition of a USB-C port and 65 watts of power delivery, according to a press release.
All three new models feature anti-glare technology to reduce reflections and other distractions, and also come with a remote control for easy control. If you’re looking to upgrade your setup in the coming months, the UltraGear range certainly offers an attractive option, even if it comes at an investment cost.
