Mansa, a free, ad-supported streaming platform that features Black content, launches FAST Channel on Amazon Freevee.
‘Reign by Mansa’ is a live TV channel offering a selection of top movies, documentaries and TV series that celebrate Black culture.
“By amplifying Black voices in entertainment, we not only honor diverse perspectives, we also enrich the cultural tapestry of our world,” said Mansa co-founder David. Since its launch a year ago, Mansa has amassed a library of thousands of hours of content, now accessible through a growing list of distribution partners.
To date, Mansa has raised $9 million in seed round funding, led by MaC Venture Capital and led by Jeffrey Katzenberg’s WndrCo, Galaxy Investment Partners, Base Ventures, Rainmaker Films, and Black Capital VC. , K Period Media, and Robert F. Smith.
