Bill Gates’ house is reportedly one less.
The situation came to fruition earlier this month after the Microsoft co-founder reached a deal to sell a 2,430-square-foot home he owned in Medina, Washington, according to Realtor.com.
It is unclear how much the property was ultimately worth. They were originally listed for sale on March 29, with an asking price of approximately $4.989 million for each outlet.

Gates worked with RE/MAX Northwest to sell the home, Fortune reported. On RE/MAX’s listing, the “mid-century modern” home had a “pending” status.

The property boasts “majestic and awe-inspiring 180-degree views of Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline, and the Olympic Mountains,” the listing states.
It is located on a lot of 0.61 acres. It also has a large deck and Zen garden.

The home itself has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, according to the listing. It is also equipped with radiant floor heating.
Gates’ other home in Medina remains under his ownership with Realtor.com. It’s called “Xanadu 2.0.”
The tech billionaire invested tens of millions of dollars to build the 66,000 square foot home, FOX Business previously reported.
Medina is located in King County and is where Microsoft has been headquartered for many years.

Gates served as Microsoft’s CEO for 15 years, ending his term in 2000. He will step down from the tech giant’s board in 2020 to “dedicate more time to our philanthropic priorities, including global health, development, education, and strengthening the fight against climate change.” ” Microsoft said at the time.
The tech billionaire still owns about 1% of Microsoft stock, according to Bloomberg.
