New TV shows and movies are being added

New TV and movie releases from Paramount Plus for April 22-28, 2024 include the Sonic the Hedgehog spinoff series “Knuckles” and the movie “The Painter.”

On April 25th, Paramount Plus subscribers will be able to check out the movie “The Painter.” The film tells the story of a former CIA agent and art enthusiast who is forced back into the dangerous world he left behind when a mysterious woman from his past reappears.

Finally, on April 26th, Paramount Plus subscribers will be able to check out Knuckles. The new series is a spin-off of the recent Sonic the Hedgehog movie, following the events of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in which Knuckles (Idris Elba) trains Sheriff Wade Whipple in the ways of the Echidna Warrior. The story is about trying to do that. Both Sonic and Tails make guest appearances in this series.

Another release coming to Paramount Plus this week is Seasons 1 and 2 of “How Did They Fix That?” This is a documentary that takes an in-depth look at how different machines handle difficult tasks, and how the mechanics, engineers, and technicians behind the machines keep them running.

Seasons 9 and 10 of Air Disasters will also be released this week on Paramount Plus. Also known as Mayday and Air Accident Investigation, this documentary series features a variety of tragic and horrifying stories related to aircraft and aviation. Viewers can expect interviews with a variety of pilots, air traffic controllers, and survivors of the worst plane crash in history, detailing their experiences.
