Hulu’s new TV shows and movie releases from July 1-7, 2024, will include a variety of films, including “Cellphone,” “The Monk and the Gun,” “Sonic the Hedgehog 2,” and “Step Brothers.”
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Step Brothers will be available on Hulu on Monday, July 1st.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is the sequel to the 2020 Sonic the Hedgehog, an action-adventure comedy film based on the Sega video game series of the same name. The story follows Sonic and Tails as they attempt to capture the Master Emerald before it is captured by their nemesis Dr. Robotnik and his new sidekick Knuckles the Echidna.
Step Brothers is a 2008 comedy film starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly as two stepbrothers who slowly develop a bond after their parents remarry.
And on July 5, the films “Cell Phone” and “The Monk and the Gun” will be available on Hulu. “Cell Phone” is a horror-thriller-mystery film about Winn, a young woman suffering from PTSD following the death of a friend, who begins seeing disturbing images of her future on her cell phone and must figure out their meaning in time, or she will die.
Meanwhile, “The Monk and The Gun” is a comedy-drama that follows an election official in Bhutan who discovers that rural monks are planning a mysterious ritual on Election Day.
