New TV shows and movies will be added

Disney+’s new TV shows and movies releases from June 10-16, 2024 will include new episodes of Star Wars: The Acolyte and Doctor Who series 14.

Starting Tuesday, June 11, Star Wars fans can tune into Disney Plus to watch the new Episode 3 of The Acolyte. The Acolyte is the latest addition to the Star Wars series. Set roughly 100 years before the events of Star Wars: Episode IV, it tells the story of a Jedi Master and his former apprentice investigating a conspiracy that threatens the lives of various Jedi Knights and Masters.

And on Friday, June 14, new episodes of Doctor Who series 14 will be available on Disney+. In the new series, Ncuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson will play the 15th Doctor and Ruby Sunday, respectively, as the pair embark on different adventures across different time periods.

Other episodes scheduled for release on Disney+ this week include two episodes from season one of Fiennes’ Return to the Wild and four episodes from season two of Superkitties.

Fiennes Return to the Wild is a National Geographic series that follows Sir Ranulph Fiennes and his cousin, the famous actor Joseph Fiennes, as they journey through the harsh wilderness of British Columbia and explore the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area. Along the way, the brothers discuss Ranulph Fiennes’ many accomplishments and his Parkinson’s diagnosis.

Meanwhile, “Superkitties” is an animated children’s series about four superhero kittens who protect Kittydale from various villains.
