Robertson agreed, saying: “She’s a duchess now, so it’s a good time for her to use her royal title to enhance her brand.”
“She’s really trying to carve out herself as the new Martha Stewart, and she’s even going to have a cooking show on Netflix.”
He added, “To be fair, she’s always tried to say she’s interested in healthy eating, organic food, and cooking, but I don’t think she’s been very successful in that.
“That’s not going to happen to her because she’s built too many bridges with what’s going on in the royal family. And I think people don’t believe in her brand right now. I don’t think she’s real.”

Turning the conversation to Meghan’s identity and her attempts to establish herself through the project, Robertson said, “Fans are like, ‘What are you doing? Are you an actress? Are you a duchess? Are you Meghan? Who are you really? ”’ he said.
“This is what we’re asking for, but I don’t think anyone knows. I don’t think Meghan really knows who she is.”
“She’s trying to establish some sort of Princess Diana-style identity, and everything she touches goes wrong. We saw what happened on Netflix as well.”
“They obviously gave her this show, which is her last chance to make a mark and carve out new territory for herself. But I don’t see it getting off the ground. .”
