PResident Trump said Friday morning that the U.S. Postal Service is undercharging online retailers such as Amazon for shipping packages, making the retailers rich while the Postal Service becomes “stupid and poor.” He claimed that it was.
“Why does the U.S. Postal Service charge so low a fee for shipping Amazon and other packages when it loses billions of dollars a year, making Amazon richer and the Post Office stupider and poorer?” Why are you doing this? You should be charging more!” Trump tweeted.
Why the U.S. Postal Service loses billions of dollars a year, yet Amazon and other package delivery fees are so low that Amazon gets rich and the Post Office becomes stupid and poor. Why? I need to charge more!

Trump is in an ongoing feud with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, accusing Bezos of owning the “fake news” Washington Post, and the billionaire calling the news organization Congress’s decision to buy He accused them of using it as a “lobbying weapon” to prevent them from pursuing it.
Is the fake news Washington Post being used as a lobbyist weapon against Congress to keep politicians from looking at Amazon’s tax-free monopoly?
