Rockstar Games has officially confirmed the return of two classic titles that will be added to the GTA+ membership library.
Rumors have been flying around for a while about the future of popular titles, with both Bully (called Canis Canem Edit in Europe at the time of release) and LA Noire coming soon to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. It will be provided free of charge to X|S subscribers.
Although the exact date has not yet been confirmed, the game publisher has teased the release by telling fans that the game will be “launching later this year.”
In the Rockstar article, the publisher states: “We recently added Red Dead Redemption, with access to Undead Nightmares, to the great games included in the GTA+ library.Members will be able to enjoy access to Undead Nightmares, which will be available later this year, including L.A. Noire Looking forward to more Rockstar classics and Bully.”
LA Noire was first released in 2011 and is set during Hollywood’s golden age during the post-war economic boom. The game follows Detective Cole Phelps as he rises through the ranks in the Los Angeles Police Department as he solves various cases.
Bully is a few years older and was first released in October 2006, and is the story of a high school student who must stand up to bullies and overcome the obstacles of Bullworth Academy.
GTA+ Membership is a paid subscription that gives you access to exclusive perks in GTA Online, select Rockstar game titles, and more.
The selected games are said to be “a rotating assortment of classic Rockstar Games titles.”
When will GTA6 be released?
While Rockstar Games is rolling out a new subscription format, there’s going to be a lot of work on the hugely popular Grand Theft Auto 6.
The release date was unknown for a long time, but thanks to the first official trailer and the latest Take-Two Interactive investor call, we now know that the release date is Q1 2025.
