Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit, this time with a producer accusing the music mogul of harassing and trafficking him.
Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones alleges in a lawsuit filed Monday in New York federal court that Combs forced him to perform sex acts and assaulted sex workers over a year while he worked for the Bad Boy Records founder. He claims he was solicited. on his latest album.
Combs’ attorney, Sean Hawley, called the lawsuit “completely fictional” in a statement.
“His reckless publication of his name for events that are completely fictional and did not actually occur is a blatant attempt to garner headlines,” Holley added. “We have overwhelming and indisputable evidence that his claims are a complete lie.”
The complaint marks at least the first time since Mr. Combs’ longtime partner Kathy (real name Cassandra Ventura), who was once under Mr. Combs’ label, sued Combs in November for sexual assault. This is the fifth lawsuit. Kathy reached a settlement with Combs, accusing him of repeatedly raping her and physically abusing her over a nearly 10-year period. Combs has also denied allegations made by an unidentified woman who was a minor at the time of the alleged assault, as well as Joy Dickerson-Neal, who appeared briefly in Combs’ music video.
The complaint says Combs forcibly touched Jones as part of a “pattern and practice” of sexual misconduct that included sex trafficking and drugging the producer.
“Mr. Jones believes that Mr. Combs administered drugs to him,” the complaint states. “Mr. Jones remembers waking up naked, dizzy and confused. He was in bed with two sex workers and Mr. Combs.”
Jones alleges that Combs was “getting his friends to turn him in.”
The complaint includes several photos of parties held at Combs’ home where minors and sex workers were allegedly trafficked and supplied with drugs, as well as photos of parties that Combs was forced to attend by music moguls. The charges also include allegations of sexual activity.
Combs’ chief of staff, Christina Krollam, is also named in the lawsuit. his son Justin; Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucien Grainge and the label. The complaint alleges assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of sex trafficking laws. Mr. Jones is seeking at least $30 million.
