Owners of a Hollywood Hills mansion say their home, which recently went on the market, was occupied by a group of squatters who were using it to host large parties and rent it out to OnlyFans models. I was shocked at what was happening.
This luxurious seven-bedroom home has just been taken over by squatters. Similar events made headlines in Beverly Hills last month. One real estate agent who spoke to KCAL News said this happens more often than you might think.
Emily Randall Smith, an agent working with the homeowners, and her husband visited the home last month for an open house and were surprised to find someone already living inside.
The lock box at home had been cut off, and a mailbox had been installed, which was not there before.
While Randall Smith’s husband was checking out the property, he walked around the side of the house, looked in one of the windows and noticed someone sleeping in the bed.
However, calling the police did not help the situation as the man simply refused to leave.
They waited until he left alone and called police again, at which point they spent at least two weeks investigating what was going on in the house.
Responding officers knocked on the door and were surprised when a woman answered, only to learn that the woman had rented the property from the man.
“She was borrowing money from a guy who was kind of the mastermind behind it,” Emily Randall Smith said. “It was a little creepy and weird because she had been hired there to do content for OnlyFans. ‘Cause when we walked in there… we could see there was something weird going on there. Ta.”
Police escorted the woman from her home along with her dog and packed all her belongings. She was not charged.
When the house was finally emptied, Randall Smith looked inside the property, which had been completely turned upside down.
“You know, they dismantled all the beds and cut all the wires in the house. We had a security system and they cut it.”
“It was something they set up to take complete control of the house and make it theirs,” Randall Smith said.
In addition to the content on OnlyFans, Randall Smith said that multiple times neighbors have reported parties being held inside his home.
No arrests have been made yet.
