The Kansas City Chiefs tight end will host 20 episodes of the show, which will air on Amazon Prime.
As with the original show, contestants are given a classroom, albeit filled with celebrities rather than children, to answer 11 questions on a variety of topics, all taken from the primary school curriculum.
A release date has not been announced.
The final question will be based on 6th grade education.
The maximum prize per show is $100,000.
“I grew up loving game shows, so I’m excited to follow in the footsteps of so many television icons by hosting my first game show.” are you smarter than celebrities. The original show has been a huge success, so bringing a new format with everyone’s favorite celebrities on screen will definitely be interesting. I’m thrilled to be the host side of the equation here and can’t wait to see how these famous faces catch up,” Kelce said in a news release announcing the show. .
Travis Kelce is no stranger to hosting jobs. He appeared on E!’s dating reality show “Catching Kelce,” and will host “Saturday Night Live” in March 2023, People magazine reported.
He and his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, also host the podcast “New Heights,” which has 2.37 million followers on YouTube alone.
