Toshinori Watanabe (Tokyo Ghoul:re, fairy tail 100 years quest) serves as the anime director. studio dean. Yoko Kikuchi (kuroko’s basketball, Pure Romantica) while designing characters Yoshimi Narita (Shikimori-san is not only cute, Amazing precure! ) Responsible for the series script.
The anime will be broadcast for the first time in July.

The manga series started with Kodansha‘s honey milk Digital BL It was published in a magazine in 2019, and the book was released in June of the same year. Kodansha USA Publishing The manga was released digitally in March 2022 and physically on May 9, 2023.
A spin-off story, the second in the series. Dusk is out of focus 2: Slow motion afterimage (afterimage slow motion), shipped in Japan in July 2020. Kodansha USA The manga was published on July 11th.
The original story continues in the third manga of the series Dusk is out of focus 3: Overlap (twilight out focus overlap) was released in Japan in August 2020. Kodansha USA The manga was published on September 19th.
The fourth manga is Dusk is out of focus 4: Night Monologue (good monologue) will feature another story and will ship in Japan in June 2021. Kodansha USA The manga was published in English on December 19th.
This is the fifth and latest manga in the series. Dusk is out of focus long take (twilight out focus long take), will be shipped in Japan on July 12th.
