Through social media (mostly Facebook), fans saw the poster for the live-action movie. Spirited away The series appears to be in development for a Netflix debut in 2024.
The poster highlights a Japanese-style hut over a live-action of the film’s main human character, Chihiro Ogino “Sen”, and a white and blue dragon known as Haku.
The poster teases that it will be released on Netflix in May 2024, along with both English and Japanese titles for the series, but no specific release date is given.

The original was released in 2002, Spirited away The story revolves around 10-year-old Chihiro and her parents, who encounter an amusement park that appears to be abandoned, where their parents turn into pigs. Haku the dragon then explains that the park is a resort for supernatural beings who need a vacation on the surface world, and that he must work there to free himself and his parents.
