Police allege a senior constable killed the couple at Mr Baird’s flat in Paddington, in Sydney’s inner east, sometime on Monday and disposed of their bodies, which have yet to be found.

Several important questions remain surrounding the deaths, including where the bodies of Baird and Davis were disposed of.
When did Jesse Baird and Luke Davies die?
Former Channel 10 presenter Jesse Baird, 26, and her Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Luke Davies, 29, were last seen alive on February 18. It was a pre-Mardi Gras party at the Beresford Hotel in Surry Hills on Sunday night.
According to court documents, the pair were allegedly killed by Mr Lamarre-Condon at Mr Baird’s home in Paddington, in Sydney’s east, between 12:01am and 5:30pm on Monday.
What happened that night?
Police say Lamarre-Condon is suspected of using a police-issued Glock handgun to shoot the two men.
He then allegedly stored the gun at a suburban police station, but detectives have not said which one, and took sick leave on Tuesday and did not return to work on Wednesday.
Detective Superintendent Danny Doherty, commander of the homicide squad, said police had matched a cartridge found at the property to a Lamar Candon service pistol.
“Police found a discharged projectile and a fired shell casing within the property,” Detective Supt Doherty said.
“This has now been physically matched to a NSW Police firearm and will form part of the evidence of the alleged facts presented to the court against this 28-year-old man.”
The pistol is currently undergoing ballistic testing to determine how many rounds were fired and how many remained in the clip when it was returned to gun storage.
Serious concerns for the couple’s welfare were further heightened after police discovered pools of blood, blood splatter and overturned furniture at the Brown Street property.
Investigators say the men tried to clean the house after they died.
Late on Monday night, Lamarre-Condon allegedly borrowed a white Toyota Hiace van from Mascot and used it to dispose of the couple’s bodies.
Police sources also allege Lamar-Condon used Baird’s phone to send text messages to her flatmates in an “amateur” attempt to create a story to justify Baird’s absence. There is.
In two lengthy text messages, Mr Lamar-Condon, posing as Mr Baird, told his flatmates he was moving to Perth on Thursday and instructed them to leave their furniture on the street.
Where are the bodies?
Mr. Lamar-Condon did not tell investigators that the bodies of Mr. Baird and Mr. Davis were found, and it is unclear whether he admitted to being involved in their deaths.
However, police believe Lamarre-Condon used a hired white Toyota Hiace van on Monday to dispose of the body.
The suspect allegedly rented a car at Mascot at 9:30pm on Monday after committing the murder.
Police are investigating toll plazas, traffic cameras, cell phone towers, GPS data and cell phone towers to determine exactly where the 28-year-old traveled after leaving the crime scene.
Police found Mr Baird and Mr Davies’ bloody clothes and other belongings, including credit cards, dumped in a bin in Cronulla on Wednesday.
A major search for the remains is underway, with detectives searching an area from Newcastle, about two hours north of Sydney, to the Shire in the city’s south.
Police divers were also searching the waterways in Lambton and were assisted by homicide detectives on Friday and Saturday.
Why did Lamarr-Condon drive all over Sydney and Newcastle?
Lamarr-Condon rented a white van and drove to Lambton, Newcastle, on Thursday, before returning to the Shire on Friday morning, where he is said to have been found at Grays Point.
CCTV footage from Club Lambton on Karura Road was seized by police and showed a white van parked on the road on Thursday night.
A witness who saw the parked van told police it was gone by 2 a.m. Lamarre-Condon is said to have driven the van back to Sydney, where he was discovered.
