Penn State Behrend’s Family Business Center will host a two-day conference on entrepreneurship on May 15 and 16. The program includes sessions on succession planning, board formation, minority-led business, and other topics.

The Family Business Center is a support initiative of Behrendt’s Black School of Business. The center hosts forums led by experts in the field and discusses the unique needs of family businesses, from pressures to hire and retain family members to informal and often inherited organizational structures. is focused on. Members have access to Black school faculty experts, student researchers, and peer groups who come together to discuss common issues and concerns.
