FWD Group Holdings Limited announced that it has extended its partnership with Microsoft with a four-year agreement that provides access to the latest generative artificial intelligence (AI) innovations while continuing to support FWD’s cloud-first technology strategy.
FWD Group plans to leverage Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI service and other enterprise-grade innovations to advance its generative AI efforts. FWD Group expects to benefit from Microsoft Azure’s private networking, monitoring, and security capabilities and its advanced AI models.

FWD Group is committed to enhancing the customer experience and its operations in areas such as acquisitions, marketing, channel and agent performance, underwriting, claims, and customer service. The company was also an early adopter of his Copilot for Microsoft 365, an AI companion that supports employees in their daily tasks.
